GRPD provides flexible payment options to make the manuscript submission and publication process convenient for authors. Authors may choose whether to make the applicable publication payment at the time of submission or after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Payment Options

1. Pay Later

Submit Now, Pay After Acceptance

Authors may submit their manuscript without making the publication payment at the time of submission.

Under this option:

• Submit your manuscript through the online submission system.
• The manuscript will proceed through the applicable editorial and peer review process.
• No publication payment is required at the initial submission stage.
• If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be notified regarding the applicable publication charges.
• Payment must be completed before the accepted manuscript proceeds to final publication.
• Authors may use one of the available payment methods provided by GRPD.

Important: Choosing “Pay Later” does not guarantee acceptance or publication. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial assessment and peer review process.

2. Pay Now

Make the Publication Payment at Submission

Authors who prefer to complete the payment at the time of submission may select Pay Now during the manuscript submission process.

When selecting this option:

• Choose Pay Now under the Payment Option section.
• Select your preferred payment method from the available options.
• Complete the payment according to the instructions provided.
• Submit your manuscript and payment information through the submission system.
• The payment status will be recorded in the author's submission record.
• Authors should retain the payment confirmation or transaction receipt for their records.

Important: Payment does not influence the editorial decision or guarantee manuscript acceptance. Every submission is evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies and peer review standards.

Available Payment Methods

Depending on the options currently available through the GRPD submission system, authors may select their preferred payment method during submission. Payment instructions and relevant transaction details will be provided according to the selected method.

For manual payments, authors may be required to provide the transaction/reference number or upload proof of payment through the submission system or Author Dashboard.

Payment Confirmation

After completing a payment, authors should retain their payment receipt or transaction confirmation. Where required, payment details should be submitted through the Author Dashboard so that the GRPD Editorial Office can verify and update the payment status.

Publication and Payment Policy

Publication charges are applicable according to the journal's current publication fee policy. Authors are encouraged to review the applicable Publication Fees & APC Policy before selecting a payment option.

The Pay Later option allows authors to submit their manuscript first and complete payment after acceptance, while the Pay Now option allows authors to make the applicable payment during submission.

In either case, payment and editorial evaluation are independent processes. Payment does not affect the outcome of peer review, and acceptance is based solely on the academic quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and scientific merit of the submitted manuscript.
