An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts to support the administrative and publishing activities required for high-quality academic publication.

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed the editorial evaluation process, peer review, and has been accepted for publication.

Submission of a manuscript does not require any payment.

The Manuscript Processing and Peer Review Administration Fee supports the administrative and editorial activities involved in managing the manuscript evaluation process.

This fee covers:

• Initial manuscript screening and editorial assessment.
• Coordination and administration of the peer review process.
• Communication between authors, reviewers, and editors.
• Management of manuscript revisions and editorial workflow.
• Maintenance of manuscript records and submission systems.

Payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance or publication of a manuscript. All manuscripts are evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, ethical standards, and journal requirements.

4. Publication Processing Fee

The Publication Processing Fee supports the final stages of article preparation and publication after acceptance.

This fee includes:

• Final editorial processing.
• Article formatting and publication preparation.
• Online publication and digital accessibility.
• Maintenance of published articles.
• Long-term availability of published research content.

5. Payment Policy

Publication fees are payable only after the manuscript has completed the peer review process and has received final acceptance for publication.

• Editorial decisions are based solely on the academic quality and scientific merit of the manuscript.
• Payment of APC does not influence acceptance decisions.
• The corresponding author is responsible for arranging payment on behalf of all authors.
• Authors will receive payment instructions after acceptance confirmation.

6. APC Waiver and Discount Policy

The payment of publication fees does not guarantee acceptance, favorable peer review outcomes, or priority publication.
